What You'll Do
We are seeking a Plumbing Design Engineer to support the design, construction, operational rollout, and maintenance of our commercial kitchen facilities. As part of our vertically integrated engineering team, you will be responsible for the design and development of domestic water, natural gas, sanitary sewer, grease waste,
and drainage systems that support our rapidly growing portfolio.
This role combines engineering design, site due diligence, construction support, and innovation. We are looking for engineers who can think beyond standard solutions, challenge conventional approaches, and help develop scalable plumbing systems that can be deployed across hundreds of facilities.
You will work closely with Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Development, Construction, and Operations teams to create efficient, code-compliant, and cost-effective designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate plumbing systems including:
- Hot and cold domestic water systems
- Natural gas distribution systems
- Sanitary sewer and vent systems
- Grease waste and interceptor systems
- Roof drainage systems
- Fire water systems and standpipes
- Pumping systems and water treatment solutions
- Perform facility due diligence to evaluate utility capacity, existing infrastru
