The Role
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of business development and marketing, but make no mistake, commercial growth is the heart of it. You'll own the front line of our sales motion: prospecting new accounts, running outbound campaigns, picking up the phone, and nurturing leads through the funnel until they're ready to close. On top of that, you'll use marketing as a growth lever,
creating content and campaigns that generate demand and feed your own pipeline.

What You'll Do
Business Development & Sales (your core focus)
- Prospect and build a pipeline. Identify and research target accounts, then reach out through outbound email campaigns, LinkedIn, and cold calls. You're not afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation.
- Own the top and middle of the funnel. Qualify leads, book discovery calls and demos, and nurture prospects through every stage—working alongside Account Executives to move deals toward close.
- Build and enrich lead lists using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
