Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and passionate Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant to join our growing team in Colombia. In this role, you will collaborate with global experts to design and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce Education Cloud ecosystem, helping higher education and academic institutions transform their student lifecycle processes. You will work closely with international clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored, high‑impact solutions while contributing to the continued expansion of our presence in Latin America. Essential Functions




- Work with clients to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Education Cloud solutions
- Design, configure, and implement Education Cloud features including student lifecycle management, admissions, advising, and engagement processes
- Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, integration specialists) to ensure seamless system integrations and data flow
- Participate in solution design sessions, providing best practice guidance aligned with Salesforce Education Cloud capabilities
- Support data migration, system setup, and environment configuration activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system enhancements and optimization recommendations
- Work closely with stakeholders across different time zones, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project delivery
