As Commercial Finance Manager for Colombia & AMEX at Mondelēz International, you will be a critical finance business partner driving performance, commercial insight, and financial decision‑making across one of our most dynamic and high‑growth markets. Sitting at the intersection of Commercial Finance and FP&A;, you will deliver meaningful analysis that shapes strategy, accelerates business growth, and supports the ambition of becoming the global leader in snacking.
You must have a commercially minded finance background with a proven track record in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data‑driven storytelling. You will harness cloud technologies, Python‑based analytics, and advanced financial modeling to elevate how finance creates value at Mondelēz.

Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end financial planning and performance management for Colombia & AMEX, including annual contract planning, rolling forecasts, target setting,



and long‑range financial scenarios aligned with general strategy.
- Deliver high‑impact commercial finance analysis and decision support—trade investment evaluation, customer P&L; management, promotional effectiveness, pricing analysis, and margin optimization—to enable data‑driven commercial decisions.
- Own financial performance reporting and analysis, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for the Country Finance Manager and senior leadership.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models leveraging Python and cloud‑based analytics platforms to automate recurring processes, reduce cycle time, and enhance forecast accuracy across revenue, cost, and working capital.
