Overview
We are seeking a proactive Contract Recruiter to join our People team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent, predominantly focusing on technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering roles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and move forward exceptional candidates quickly.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles, predominantly technical software engineering positions and product positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Serve as a strategic partner to internal leadership, aligning hiring initiatives with business objectives to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and technical skills needed.
- Conduct initial phone screenings, assess technical qualifications, and assess cultural fit.
- Provide a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current on industry trends,



emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Required skills & experience
- 3+ years proven experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting for technical roles, particularly Software Engineering.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, and technical skills.
- Experience working on roles within Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Machine Learning/AI, Data, etc.
- Background recruiting for Contract roles or you have worked with Integral Employment Platforms.
- Ability to engage and influence passive candidates.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
- SaaS/tech industry experience.
- Experience recruiting in LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, etc.).
