We are looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Medellín to support B2B growth through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activities. This role is idóneo for a driven sales professional with strong cold‑calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long‑term business relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

You have
- 1+ years of experience working in a Consultative sales environment (B2B experience is desirable)
- English proficiency at the B2+ level (spoken and written)
- Strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting within a B2B environment
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand products and services
- Experience handling high-volume outbound calling
- Strong problem‑solving and objection‑handling skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

You will
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecast




- Develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client needs and requirements
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction or product usage
- Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain existing customers and acquire new ones
- Manage a high volume of customer and prospect interactions via phone and email, with the majority of communication being outbound
- Collaborate closely with your team and management to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all customer and prospect data is accurate and up-to-date
- Execute sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, customer advocacy, and contract renewal
- Work as part of a sales team and report directly to a Sales Manager
