About the Role

At WITHIN, we champion growth, innovation, and forward‑thinking creativity. We seek a Senior Content Lead who can ideate, design, and craft our clients’ digital narratives. With a strong digital ad portfolio and several years of experience in digital content creation, you will push engagement and metrics beyond set KPIs while working in a lean structure to help grow both our clients and our team.

Responsibilities
- Craft performance‑focused content from ideation to execution, weaving clients’ visual identity, voice, and ethos into groundbreaking work.
- Brainstorm, concept, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for content within a lean structure.
- Ensure rigorous post‑production, QA, and delivery of every content piece, including video edits, image selection, retouching, and quality checks.
- Command multiple projects, adhere to tight schedules, and iterate based on feedback.

Essential Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience creating and producing paid and organic social content with a strong portfolio.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro,



Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and Capcut; proficiency with photo and video camera operations, audio recording, and lighting techniques.
- Over 3 years of planning and running in‑studio shoots, from shot setup to lighting optimization.
- Holistic grasp of the social media landscape and emerging trends.
- Versatility to work effectively both independently and in teams.
- Proactive problem‑solving, rapid adaptability, and an innate drive.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Production budget management: ability to bid, forecast, track, and reconcile shoot budgets.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Generative AI experience, including Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Seeddance, or ChatGPT for ideation and image/video generation.
- Photo retouching and styling expertise (wardrobe selection, set/prop design).
