What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support the evaluation, design, permitting, and execution of facility development projects across our growing portfolio. As part of our vertically integrated engineering team, you will be responsible for assessing site feasibility, utility infrastructure, drainage systems, grading, ADA compliance, and external utility coordination.



This role is highly focused on existing‑site evaluation and infrastructure strategy. You will work closely with Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Geotechnical, Construction, Development, and Operations teams to ensure sites are designed for constructability, regulatory compliance, and long‑term operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform site due diligence assessments for prospective and active development projects.
- Investigate local permitting requirements, utility regulations, development standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Evaluate existing utility infrastructure, including:
- Domestic water
- Fire water
- Sanitary sewer
- Storm drainage
- Natural gas
- Electrical service infrastructure
- Coordinate with utility providers to determine service availability, capacities, connection requirements, and upgrade needs.
- Develop utility connection strategies from public infra
