What will you do?
- Drive ERP adoption and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Identify, analyze, and implement functional enhancements aligned with business needs.
- Lead process optimization projects and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage change requests, audits, and specialized user support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology solutions.

What are we looking for?




- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience participating in ERP implementation, optimization, or support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with business processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
- Availability to travel.
