Overview

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Social Analyst who led digital campaigns for the assigned advertisers (billing support, setup, taxonomy creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting) for multiple social platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.

Responsibilities
- Setup social campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines.
- Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.
- Monitoring the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives,



including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives.
- Ensuring the quality of deliverables and campaign set up within the social media platforms.
- Proactively makes suggestions and troubleshoots issues.
- Maintain daily communication with the client’s campaign managers.
- Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.
- Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies and vendors.
- Assist to Social and Digital media training sessions and complete the required certification and updates.
- Connect daily with general account team over email, IM and/or video conference as necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to client.
- Help develop documentation of best practice
