As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help lead our expansion across LATAM, with a particular interest in candidates based in Peru, Mexico, or Colombia.
Your role at HFM will include:
- Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region.
- Travels to various LATAM markets to lead events.
- Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
- Develops and executes business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
- Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies.




- Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM countries.
- Experience working in or with LATAM markets (a strong advantage).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
