Position Title: QA Automation Engineer

What you will be doing:
You will own quality for an AI-first billing platform where the hardest bugs aren't broken buttons; they're a model that hallucinates a number, a pipeline that surfaces a stale claim, or an agent that takes the wrong action on a payment.



You will define what “correct” means for non-deterministic systems and build the automation that proves it. You don't just catch regressions; you build the safety net that lets the team ship fast without breaking trust in a financial product.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in QA or test automation, with strong production experience
- Proven experience building automated test suites with Playwright, Cypress, or similar
- Strong API testing skills (Postman, REST, and request-level assertions)
- Comfortable reading and writing code (TypeScript or Python) to build real automation, not just click-through scripts
- Daily use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor) as a default workflow
- A sharp eye for edge cases, empty states, and failure modes especially around money and data integrity
- Strong written English and clear, reproducible bug reporting
