HR Business Partner Lead

The HR Business Partner Lead oversees and guides a team of HR Business Partners and ensures alignment between the Sr HRBPs, HRBPs, Workplace Solutions team, and Business Leaders to provide high quality service delivery to stakeholders. The HR Business Partner Lead will work in close collaboration with Sr. HRBPs, Workplace Solutions Team, and COCs (Centers of Competencies), to provide seamless support to the business and country entities.



The HRBP Lead will also act as an escalation point for members of their team and provide expert advice and insight on a range of HR topics (talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, training, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• People and Team Management: Lead a team of HR Business Partners and provide guidance, coaching and development opportunities. Acts as the link to encourage close collaboration between Sr. HRBPs, HRBPs, Workplace Solutions teams and the COCs and ensure alignment and achievement of service delivery.

• HR Agenda: Serve as the interface for HR agenda related escalations for managers. Ensure quality business performance and executes talent agenda aligned to the organization objectives; may contribute to strategic agenda and support the Sr. HRBPs and CoCs to improve and continue to build employee engagement, morale, and retention. Collaborate with CoCs to ensure high quality integrated solution delivery.
