What you will be doing:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and technical project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams, improving project processes, and driving continuous improvement in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Leadership & Mentorship:
- Act as a servant leader and mentor for multiple Agile teams, guiding them in adopting and implementing Agile practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes, leveraging industry best practices and innovative techniques.
- Coach and develop other Scrum Masters, fostering their growth and enabling them to succeed in their roles.
