Position Title: Mid Business Analyst
Location: Remote - LATAM

What you will be doing:
This role will focus on AI-driven document processing, supplier onboarding, workflow optimization, and global implementation initiatives across operations and finance functions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical and operational teams, helping scale intelligent automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy,



and operational performance across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in business applications, systems support, business process improvement, or related roles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, and Finance environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using Jira or similar ticketing/workflow management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with AI document automation platforms such as Raft AI or Rossum.
- Knowledge of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies.
