As an HR Business Partner / HR Director, you will work closely with leadership teams to ensure organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and sustainable business growth. You will drive key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from talent planning and development to performance management and retention. The position combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution, requiring strong business understanding and the ability to operate in a dynamic, multicultural setting. You will have a direct impact on building strong teams, improving employee experience, and enabling business success across multiple markets.

Accountabilities:




- Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure employees contribute to strategic objectives and business performance.
- Manage workforce planning and staffing initiatives, ensuring teams have the right talent, capabilities, and organizational structure to support growth.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives by creating an environment where people are motivated, productive, and committed to long-term success.
- Implement and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, and offboarding.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics, employee feedback, engagement metrics, turnover data, and business needs.
