About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
This is a hands-on talent acquisition role where you’ll build strong candidate pipelines, engage top talent, partner with hiring managers, and drive efficient hiring processes across multiple industries and business functions.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring hiring moves quickly without compromising quality, while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You’ll OwnHiring Strategy & Role Planning
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, adecuado candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.
Develop sourcing strategies based on market conditions and hiring urgency.
Write clear, SEO-optimized job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
Advise stakeholders on hiring timelines, market trends, and talent availability.
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Build qualified talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job boards.
Source passive candidates using Boolean search techniques and outbound outreach.
Maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple open positions.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and response rates.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
