Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Prepare and compound fragrance formulas based on internal project requirements and lab guidelines
- Apply fragrances across different product bases or matrices according to project specifications
- Prepare staged evaluations following category protocols and client requirements
- Execute and monitor stability studies for fragrance applications
- Analyze stability results and generate reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage and maintain inventory of raw materials and lab supplies
- Prepare samples for sensory testing and consumer evaluations
- Maintain and update laboratory documentation, protocols, and databases
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Scent lab
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of sensory analysis and fragrance chemistry
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency (reading comprehension)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, reporting, documentation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset
- Adaptability to dynamic laboratory environments
