Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Cruise Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients, engage with leads, and guide them through the booking process for cruise vacations. If you’re an enthusiastic communicator with a passion for travel and a knack for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Conduct outbound calls to warm leads,



previous customers, and prospective clients to discuss available cruise options and leave voice message to clients.
Educate clients on cruise packages, itineraries, and current promotions to match their needs and interests.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing bookings and securing deposits.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and address any questions or concerns.
Accurately record client interactions and update customer information in the system.
Stay up to date on cruise industry trends, seasonal promotions, and product knowledge to effectively answer questions.
Display personality, Drive, Energy, Passion that comes through the phone

Qualifications and requirements:
At least 6-12 months pure outbound BPO sales experience
Call center and phone sales experience highly prefe
