Job Description
The Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative operations of the Facilities department by maintaining accurate records, managing supplier information, coordinating administrative processes and providing operational support across multiple business functions. The role assists with supplier database administration, quotation analysis, document management, procurement support and cross-functional administrative activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution of assigned tasks.

Supporting the day-to-day administration of facilities services to ensure an efficient, safe and well-organised workplace.
Performs routine administrative and operational activities related to office facilities following established procedures. Supports workspace organisation, office services, inventory, mail handling and employee requests. Escalates non-routine issues to the Facilities Manager.
Qualifications
Educational
Background High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational studies in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, Procurement or related fields are considered an advantage.
Previous Experience
No previous work experience is required.
