The Creative Manager supports the Director, Creative Services in managing the end-to-end development, production, and delivery of high-volume creative assets across label partner titles, retail executions, and digital platforms.
This role owns assigned nearshore workstreams from briefing through delivery, overseeing timelines, asset flow, and vendor coordination, ensuring all deliverables meet Alliance creative standards within a scalable, cost-efficient nearshore model.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Title Ownership
Manage assigned nearshore titles and retail execution workstreams from concept through final delivery.
Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met across high-volume production cycles.
Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Creative Development & Execution
Translate creative direction into actionable workflows for designers and partners.
Review artwork for consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.

Nearshore Production & Vendor Management




Coordinate across nearshore design teams and external vendors to drive efficiency.
Manage asset intake, routing, and delivery for label partner titles and retail assets.
Ensure adherence to timelines and technical specifications.

Budgeting & Purchase Orders
Create and manage purchase orders for assigned projects.
Monitor budgets and support invoice reconciliation.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, production, and operations teams.
Coordinate with eCommerce teams (Amazon, Movies Unlimited) for deliverables.

Approvals & Delivery
Manage review cycles and approvals.
Ensure quality control and compliance with Alliance standards.

Qualifications
3–5 years experience in creative project management or design production.
Experience supporting high-volume workflows preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
