The Junior Designer supports the execution of packaging and digital creative assets across non-studio label partner titles and retail platforms.
This role focuses on high-volume production and execution, working under the guidance of the Senior Designer to deliver accurate, brand-compliant creative across packaging, retail banners, and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution & Production Support
Execute packaging adaptations and digital assets based on established creative direction.
Support development of label partner packaging and retail digital assets.
Ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Retail & Digital Asset Production
Create and version Amazon retail banners and campaign assets.
Support production of Movies Unlimited (MU) banner executions.
Assist in scaling high-volume retail deliverables through templates and design systems.
Packaging File Preparation
Assist in preparing production-ready packaging files for UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD formats.
Support revisions, versioning, and updates to packaging mechanicals.
Assist Senior Designer with file organization and readiness for production.
Quality Control & File Accuracy
Perform QC checks to ensure correct versions, formatting, and specifications.
Follow established workflows for file naming, organization, and delivery.
Support accuracy across high-volume production workflows.
Workflow & Team Collaboration
Work closely with Senior Designer for direction and feedback.
Collaborate with Creative Manager and Asset Coordinator as needed.
Manage multiple assignments within a fast-paced production environment.
Learning & Development
Develop skills in packaging design, retail assets, and production workflows.
Learn print production basics and file preparation standards.
Apply best practices for efficiency and repeatable design execution.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in graphic design or production support.
Strong foundational skills in Adobe Creative
