About the Program

Professional Booster is an intensive 4-week learning program designed for professionals with experience in paid media who want to develop the skills needed to become successful Programmatic specialists working with global clients and leading AdTech platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to transition from channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid media platforms into one of the fastest-growing areas in digital marketing.
The program is completely free, practical, and led by experienced industry professionals who will guide participants through the fundamentals of campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and programmatic strategy.
? Who Are We Looking For?
Professionals with 10 months to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, campaign management, or digital advertising operations.




Experience managing campaigns in platforms such as:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
TikTok Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Other DSPs or paid media platforms
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Interest in data-driven marketing and campaign optimization.
Curiosity and motivation to learn about the Programmatic ecosystem and AdTech industry.
