About the role:

This is an opportunity to join a as Studio Manager, Creative Operations — the
capacity and scheduling backbone of a 39-person, AI-augmented creative
production studio embedded with a leading healthcare education institution





You'll work in close partnership with the Program Director in United States to
ensure the right talent is on the right work at the right time — across a
multi-location studio spanning the Chicago, Baltimore, Mexico, Colombia, and
Toronto. OMG is purpose-built for in-house agencies, with task-to-talent routing
that factors real-time utilization and SLAs. You will own that routing function.

The Studio Manager owns capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization
tracking across the full studio. You maintain a real-time view of team capacity,
flag bottlenecks before they impact delivery, and partner with Integrated
Project Managers to ensure workload is balanced, SLAs are protected, and the
studio operates at healthy utilization levels.
