Job Overview
We are seeking an International Logistics Coordinator with experience in Ocean Freight operations (Imports and Exports). This role is responsible for managing end-to-end ocean shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation and coordination across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage ocean freight shipments, including FCL, LCL, and break-bulk operations.
Handle pre-alert creation, validation, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
Manage broker handoff processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Prepare and review international shipping documentation, including HTS classification and SSL instructions.
Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international trade regulations.




Utilize systems such as TMF and INTRA for shipment tracking and documentation management.
Maintain communication with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively.

Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in Ocean Freight operations or Air Freight operations (Imports or Exports).
English level: B2-C1 (written and verbal).
Strong understanding of FCL, LCL, and break-bulk shipment processes.
Experience handling pre-alerts and broker coordination workflows.
Familiarity with TMF and INTRA systems.
