We are currently seeking a Recruiter to support our talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Publish job openings across multiple recruitment channels and job boards.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for assigned positions.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage and update candidate databases, recruitment records, and hiring reports.
Collect, verify, and organize documentation required for hiring and onboarding.
Support onboarding activities and follow up with newly hired employees.
Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.




Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.
Requirements
Technical degree, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Solid understanding of candidate sourcing, attraction, screening, and assessment techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools used to enhance administrative and recruitment processes.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and internal customer service skills.
A strong intermediate level of English (B1-B2) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in verbal interactions.
