Team USA:
Salario base $2.250.000 COP + subsidio de conectividad $249.095 COP + bonificación por desempeño (4 niveles de bonificación) mensual que alcanza los $500.000 COP. Aumento de la base salarial basado en los años de permanencia en la empresa.

*Tiempo completo, contrato a término fijo de un año, directo con la compañía; turnos de 8h diarias, de lunes a viernes. Las horas festivas son remuneradas. 15 días de vacaciones al año + licencia de descanso remunerada de 5 semanas. Teletrabajo.

Role Description: The Spanish Teacher will deliver engaging, interactive online Spanish lessons that align with Meg Languages’ curriculum and teaching philosophy. This remote role involves planning and conducting live classes, integrating cultural content, and adapting instruction to diverse student needs and proficiency levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson, assessing student progress, providing feedback,



and maintaining clear communication within the team. The Spanish Teacher will use digital tools and platforms to create an inclusive virtual classroom environment, track participation, and support learners in developing confidence and practical language skills. Participation in occasional training sessions and collaboration with other educators to refine teaching practices and resources is also expected.

Qualifications
Strong instructional abilities in Spanish Teaching and general Teaching across varied student age groups and proficiency levels.
Native proficiency in Spanish and solid command of English for clear communication in a bilingual teaching environment.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology, with the ability to manage interactive virtual classrooms.
