this role could expand into leading customer success or regional calculator teams, depending on your ambition and company priorities.

What you’ll bring
We are hiring for a range of roles, with varying years of experience in the following:
Structural Engineering Knowledge – Experience working with US engineering codes, standards, and design practices. You know how engineers use software like Calcs.com in their workflow.
Excel or Mathcad wizardry; Python/JS curiosity is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity.
Proactive, growth-oriented approach - you take ownership and love continuous learning.
Leadership or project management experience is highly valued.

Compensation & perks
COP $4,500,000–$6,300,000 gross monthly salary (based on experience) + team bonus (up to 5%) + COP $200,000 monthly connectivity allowance.
