We're a corporate law firm seeking a versatile, self-directed Marketing Coordinator for an ongoing part-time role (~5 hours/week, with flexibility to scale up around events and deadlines). This role spans digital marketing, event/sponsorship coordination, and legal directory and awards submissions — idóneo for someone who enjoys variety and can manage multiple workstreams independently.
What You'll Do:
Digital Marketing
Manage our LinkedIn presence (firm page + attorney profiles)
Draft email communications and firm announcements
Events & Sponsorships
Coordinate logistics for firm-sponsored conferences and events
Support planning for additional sponsorships as they arise
Help time marketing outreach around key events
Directory & Awards Submissions




Manage submissions to legal directories and industry awards
Track deadlines and maintain a firm marketing calendar
Draft and organize supporting materials (matter summaries, bios)
What We're Looking For:
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
Proven digital marketing experience (website, LinkedIn, email)
Based in Bogotá or nearby, with reliable internet and availability for occasional video calls
Compensation: $10–18/hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: ~5 hours/week, ongoing, with flexibility during peak periods. Long-term engagement for the right fit.
