About the Role

We are seeking an adaptable, proactive HR Generalist to support our growing team across the LATAM region. Operating in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, this role serves as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, ensuring a seamless experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
As a key member of our regional HR Ops Team, you will balance core operational duties—such as onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and payroll coordination—with strategic manager coaching and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local right-to-work checks, contract generation, IT coordination, etc.
Employee Relations & Coaching: Serve as the trusted first point of contact for HR queries. Partner directly with our Manager,



HR Operations and line managers to provide guidance on performance management, grievance handling, absences, and conflict resolution.
HR Operations & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records within our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring high data quality for reporting and operational tracking.
Payroll & Compliance Support: Coordinate general payroll queries and contract updates, ensuring all HR practices align with specific LATAM country employment laws and regulations.
General Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and Talent team members across multiple geographical locations to align regional practices with global initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

LATAM HR & Employment Law: Solid experience in HR administration and a working knowledge of employment regulations across key LATAM countries.
