Manager to take charge of their studio operations and help shape

Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses ? Responsibilities: ? Provide ongoing support and leadership to team members, encouraging growth and development ? Oversee team operations

Requirements: ?? Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1), with solid

English skills (minimum B2) ? At least 1 year of experience in a
supervisory or team leader role ? Degree in a management-related
field is a plus ? Experience in the gaming or live entertainment
industry is a strong advantage ?‍? Proficient in productivity tools
(MS Office or equivalent) ? Excellent communication and people
management skills ⚖️ Skilled in conflict resolution and team
development ⏱️ Strong organizational and time management abilities
? Willing to work adaptable hours, including rotating shifts ?
