Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality, affordable healthcare worldwide.As a Product Specialist, Coronary & Structural Heart (TAVI), you will play a key role in driving portfolio growth, market development, and therapy adoption across the CELA region. Partnering closely with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams, you will lead product marketing initiatives, support product launches, develop KOL engagement strategies, and deliver impactful medical education programs that accelerate the adoption of innovative coronary and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVI) therapies.This is a FlexWork position and can be based in Bogotá, Cali, or Medellín, Colombia. Travel is required for this position.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing plans for the Coronary and Structural Heart (TAVI) portfolio across the regionDrive market growth and increase therapy adoption through targeted commercial and educational initiatives focused on interventional cardiology and structural heart therapiesSupport product launches, portfolio management, pricing, forecasting, and lifecycle management activitiesBuild and strengthen relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, physicians, KOLs, and key healthcare stakeholdersLead physician education programs, workshops, advisory boards, and scientific initiatives to expand clinical knowledge and therapy awarenessPartner with Sales, Clinical Specialists, Medical Affairs, and cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectivesAnalyze market trends, competitive activity, clinical evidence, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision‑makingRequired Knowledge and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Nursing, Surgical Instrumentation, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldAdvanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level required)5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, clinical marketing,
