Working alongside international stakeholders, you'll contribute to maintaining world-class clinical standards while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.Your RoleAs the Master Expert / Leading Optometrist, you will serve as the clinical authority for the Athena operation. You will lead clinical quality assurance, standardize training and documentation, ensure compliance with global clinical standards, and mentor a team of optometrists. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence, strengthening quality governance, and supporting continuous improvement across the operation.The role will involve:Leading, coaching, and mentoring the optometrist team to ensure high clinical performance.Monitoring quality standards, process adherence, and conducting third-level clinical quality reviews.Developing, maintaining, and standardizing training materials, operating manuals,
