POSITION SUMMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer IV for a 100% Remote, 6 month +, 1099 contract. No 3rd Party C2Cs.

Location: Colombia, South America (work remote supporting US based client/project).

Employment Type: Contract Work, 40 hours weekly.

Requirement: Must have good verbal & written communication (English).

Will - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements

- Ensure engineering best practices are followed throughout development

- Ability to estimate project costs and resource needs

- Commitment to continuous learning and innovation Credentials and Experience - Proficiency in backend development using Python, SQL, MongoDB and AWS
- Preference for engineers with full‑stack proficiency, particularly in Vue.js
- Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions
- Strong expertise in software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience leading teams and managing software projects
