In this dynamic role, you'll help coordinate emergency services while providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.Promptly receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (First Notice of Loss - FNOL) into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Maintain communication with clients to provide updates on service status & complete follow up calls to schedule.Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Maintain an organized and efficient dispatch system.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed for service delivery.Support marketing efforts by promoting services to potential clients.Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.Handle general phone calls and greet visitors to the office, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.Efficiently dispatch and track lead calls and job referrals to appropriate operational teams, ensuring timely response and resolution.Regularly review and analyze the Work in Progress (WIP) board to identify trends, bottlenecks,



or areas for improvement in the dispatching process.Collaborate with teams to coordinate the production schedule and on-call schedule, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely job completion.Monitor the logistical aspects of job referrals to ensure that they progress smoothly and meet customer expectations.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education inbusiness or communication is a plus.Proven experience in a dispatch or receptionist role, preferably in the restoration or service industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software.Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.About UsSERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties has been a trusted leader in the restoration industry for over 20 years.
