Additionally, you will reach out to carriers to assist in restarting GPS tracking, requesting updates at the shipper/receiver, and additional requests for PODs/load paperwork.Main ResponsibilitiesMaking outbound calls to update loads in TurvoUpdating account managers on the progress of high-value/sensitive freightUpdating carrier sales if there are any issues present on a load (tracking, evasive driver and dispatch, mechanical failures, accidents,
