you will:Process Optimization & InnovationSupport process optimization and automation initiatives within the Regulatory Affairs areaConduct process mapping to identify improvement opportunitiesContribute to enhancing workflows, controls, and databasesRegulatory Operations SupportAssist with documentation consolidation and Invima dossier assemblySupport daily operational and technical regulatory activitiesHelp maintain accuracy and compliance in regulatory recordsData Analysis & ReportingAnalyze data, generate insights, and prepare reports to support decision-makingEnsure data consistency through cleaning and preprocessing tasksCross-functional CollaborationWork with multifunctional teams on joint projects across departmentsParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvementWho We Are Looking ForWe are seeking students who are:Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or related fieldsInterested in regulatory processes, data, and continuous improvementAble to work collaboratively in a structured and detail-oriented environmentRequired & Desired SkillsRequired:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to map, document, and communicate processes clearlyDesired:Skills in data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and consistencyKnowledge in programming, automation, or scriptingFamiliarity with database management conceptsRequisition ID: 629309Boston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
