static and animated ad variants, sized and adapted across placementsDesigning go-to-market campaign assets, launch collateral, social, display, print where neededLeading UX for our internal eLearning platform: information architecture, user flows, prototypes, and iterating after launchWorking inside existing client brand guidelines, and contributing to brand identity work (logo, type, colour, brand systems) when clients need itHanding designs to developers and staying involved through implementationWhat we need from you5+ years designing platforms, software, websites, landing pages, or web applications.3+ years design system experience.3+ years designing advertising or marketing campaign creative.5+ years working in Figma.3+ years producing final, production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, named specifically because campaign work needs them and Figma alone won't cover it (After Effects or Premier is a plus).Intermediate and conversation-level English.A completed qualification in design, graphic design, visual communication, industrial/product design, audiovisual design, UX, or equivalent.
