The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for aggressively sourcing and recruiting top-performing candidates for management and craft positions. In this role, you will utilize a variety of resources, such as job posting outlets, social media, and working within our current workforce to source and hire talent. This job requires a high-energy individual that is driven to fuel our growing business with talented individuals across all departments. There will be limited daily oversight and a great opportunity to innovate, build, and implement the strategic direction of the department.
