You will have the opportunity to influence technical direction while contributing to the growth and development of your colleagues in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.ResponsibilitiesGuide the technical direction of software projects from initial concept through to deploymentReview code submitted by team members and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standardsBreak down complex technical requirements into manageable tasks for the development teamFacilitate knowledge sharing sessions to help team members grow their technical skill setsCoordinate with product managers and stakeholders to align development efforts with business goalsIdentify potential technical risks early and develop mitigation strategiesEstablish and enforce coding standards and best practices across projectsSupport the onboarding process for new team members joining the development teamParticipate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to drive project momentumTrack project progress and communicate updates on timelines and deliverables to relevant partiesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experienceA minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in software developmentAt least one year of experience leading and managing a small development team (2-3 people), taking ownership of projects and initiativesSolid grasp of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and commonly used design patternsStrong back-end development experience with .NET (including recent versions such as .NET 9/10), C#, ASP.NET Core, and building REST APIsFront-end development experience with HTML, CSS/LESS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and single-page application (SPA) frameworks such as ReactJS and jQueryDatabase experience with SQL, including T-SQL and platforms such as SQL Server 2008+, PostgreSQL, or MySQLProven ability to design, develop, configure, and test software products from the ground upCapable of leading a small team while also being able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervisionGenuine interest in staying current with emerging technologies and methodologies, and applying them to real-world projectsEnglish proficiency at a B2 level or higher,
