This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with strong cold-calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships in a fast-paced environment.
**Location: Bogotá****Languages Required: English B2**You Have* 1.5+ years of experience working in a sales environment (B2B experience is desirable).
* Strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting within a B2B environment.
* Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand products and services.
* Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.
* Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
You Will* Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
* Develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client needs and requirements.
* Proactively identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction or product usage.
* Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
* Manage a high volume of customer and prospect interactions via phone and email, with the majority of communication being outbound.
* Collaborate closely with your team and management to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience.




* Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all customer and prospect data is accurate and up to date.
* Execute sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, customer advocacy, and contract renewals.
* Work as part of a sales team and report directly to a Sales Manager.Location:COL Bogota - Cra.
