Mantenimiento electromecánico Realizar mantenimiento de motores eléctricos, bombas, tableros eléctricos, sistemas de iluminación, compresores y demás equipos de producción.
Ejecutar inspecciones periódicas de maquinaria e infraestructura para prevenir fallas.
Apoyar el montaje, instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos.




Mantenimiento general Realizar reparaciones locativas básicas en instalaciones, puertas, estructuras, plomería, pintura y cerrajería cuando la operación lo requiera.
Atender oportunamente los requerimientos de mantenimiento en las diferentes áreas de producción, almacenamiento y despacho.
Gestión y seguridad Registrar las actividades realizadas en el sistema de mantenimiento.
Solicitar repuestos y materiales necesarios para la ejecución de los trabajos.
Cumplir con los procedimientos de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST), Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y demás normas de inocuidad alimentaria.
Mantener el orden y limpieza del área de trabajo y de las herramientas asignadas.
Atender emergencias técnicas que puedan afectar la continuidad de la operación.
