Job Description Funciones: Implementar, mantener y mejorar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad mediante la revisión de requerimientos, mapeo y actualización de procesos, monitoreo de la normatividad nacional e internacional vigente, y seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño, para asegurar la mejora continua de las operaciones y el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos y regulatorios aplicables.
Capacitar y sensibilizar a los asociados sobre la importancia de satisfacer los requisitos del cliente y su compromiso con el SGC, orientando la documentación, mantenimiento, control y mejora del sistema.
Liderar y establecer planes de monitoreo, control y mejora de los diferentes procesos, identificando oportunidades de mejora, tendencias negativas y necesidades de corrección, para elevar la eficiencia y efectividad de la operación y del SGC.
Administrar el sistema CAPA: liderar investigaciones de causa raíz, establecer y hacer seguimiento a acciones correctivas y preventivas derivadas de fallas detectadas a través de reclamaciones de cliente, inspecciones en proceso,



auditorías internas y externas e indicadores de desempeño.
Será responsable de cumplir con la implementación, mantenimiento y participación de lo señalado en los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y en el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
Requisitos: Profesional en bacteriología / farmacéutica/ microbiología o afín Al menos cinco años en la administración de sistemas de gestión de calidad y operación en Centros de Distribución en compañías del sector (Dispositivos medicos, reactivos de diagnostico, farmaceutico).
Inglés Avanzado.
