Overview We are looking for a Junior Atlassian Consultant to join our Bogotá team and grow into a full Consultant within our practice.
You will work alongside experienced consultants on client engagements while building deeper expertise across the Atlassian platform.
Products you will work with: Jira (project and work management) Jira Service Management (Assets and Operations for ITSM ) Confluence (documentation and knowledge management) Jira Product Discovery (product roadmapping and prioritization) Rovo AI (AI search, chat, and agents across the platform) Rovo Dev (AI coding assistant, ranked #1 on SWE-bench) Bitbucket (source code management and CI/CD pipelines) Compass (developer experience and service catalog) DX (developer experience metrics and insights) Atlassian Analytics (cross-product reporting and dashboards) Goals ( OKR tracking and strategic alignment) Guard ( SSO , SCIM , data classification, and security policies)



Strategy Collection (Focus, Talent, and Jira Align for portfolio management) Loom (async video communication) Statuspage (incident communication and uptime reporting) You will work across Atlassian's four Collections: Teamwork , Software , Service , and Strategy .
You will also apply agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and complete Partner accreditations.
