Job Description: ¡En dentsu están en búsqueda de un Copy Specialist en Bogotá!
Serás el responsable de conceptualizar, crear y diseñar campañas de comunicación tan poderosas que transformen pensamientos, negocios y comportamientos.
Objetivo del cargo Crear y desarrollar contenidos creativos, persuasivos y alineados con la estrategia de marca, capaces de conectar con las audiencias y cumplir objetivos de comunicación y marketing en distintos canales y formatos.
Funciones
Redactar copys creativos para campañas publicitarias.
Desarrollar conceptos creativos junto al equipo de diseño, estrategia y cuentas.
Participar en sesiones de brainstorming y presentación de ideas creativas.
Editar y optimizar textos para claridad, coherencia, ortografía y efectividad.
Colaborar con el equipo de performance para mejorar resultados (CTR, conversiones, engagement).
Investigar tendencias, insights del consumidor y buenas prácticas de copywriting.
Cumplir con deadlines y lineamientos creativos de la agencia y del cliente.
Requisitos
Formación en Publicidad, Comunicación, Periodismo, Marketing o carreras afines.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años como copywriter o redactor creativo.
Excelente redacción, ortografía y gramática.




Capacidad para escribir textos creativos y estratégicos.
Conocimiento de storytelling, branding y marketing digital.
Portafolio de trabajos.
