We are looking for a Senior Art Director with 7+ years of experience leading creative projects and producing high-impact social-first content. This is a hands‑on role for a creative leader who combines exceptional art direction with expert video editing, motion design, and storytelling skills.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as an Art Director, Senior Visual Designer, or similar creative role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, video editing, motion graphics, and social-first creative work.

Expert‑level experience editing videos using existing footage for social media platforms.





Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Strong visual design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).

Extensive experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Deep understanding of social media best practices, platform specifications, and audience engagement.

Proven experience working in fast‑paced agency environments producing high‑volume creative content.

Strong concept development and creative storytelling skills.

Experience leading creative execution and providing direction to designers and cross‑functional teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong attention to detail with ownership of creative quality assurance before publishing.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.

Experience collaborating with remote and cross‑functional teams.
