Job Description

Your Role

In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration projects, including tenant-to-tenant and G-Suite to M365 migrations, covering all phases from discovery and remediation through to execution and post-migration support.
- Utilizing enterprise migration tools such as Quest On-Demand and BitTitan to deliver seamless, high-quality migrations while maintaining the integrity of the overall IT architecture.
- Collaborating with business leaders, architects, IT teams,



and third-party partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions that are aligned with organizational strategy and governance standards.
- Producing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation including high and low-level designs, build documentation, application handover, and disaster recovery documentation.
- Providing expert technical advice and hands-on support to business and IT stakeholders on matters related to enterprise messaging, collaboration platforms, and application integration.

Your Profile
- 4 to 7 years of demonstrable hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant migrations and G-Suite to M365, with strong working knowledge of Quest On-Demand and ideally BitTitan or Sharegate.
- Solid expertise in Microsoft technologies including M365 and Azure, with the ability to architect and implement solutions that reduce technical debt and align with enterprise architecture standards.
