This role focuses on text-based evaluation work (RLHF and evaluation-rating) where reviewers judge the realism, clarity, and executable quality of finance tasks and workflows.

The role

You will evaluate finance tasks and workflows for realism, internal consistency, and fidelity to professional practice.

Your reviews will identify missing assumptions, impractical constraints, and ambiguous instructions, and will recommend concrete fixes.

Work is contractor-based, performed in English, and centers on text evaluations that feed into model training and quality-control processes.

What you'll do

Deliver concise, actionable reviews that explain whether a task mirrors real finance workflows and why.

Flag tasks that are too broad, generic, or unlikely to reveal genuine finance capability.

When needed, cross-check task logic with domain peers and reference standards to ensure recommendations are market-aware and executable.

- Review tasks for realism, clarity, scope, and internal consistency
- Assess whether inputs, context, and expected workflow match domain practice
- Identify missing assumptions, ambiguous instructions,



and impractical constraints
- Flag tasks that won’t test real finance capability (too broad or generic)
- Provide structured written feedback and targeted recommendations
- Cross-check task logic with trusted domain peers when necessary

Requirements

You must bring deep, practical finance experience and strong quantitative judgment.

The role requires the ability to tell apart theoretical correctness from analysis that is executable in real markets.

Clear written communication and professional judgment are essential because your feedback directly shapes model behavior and task quality standards.

- Expert-level experience in at least one: derivatives trading, volatility, FX, futures, market making, systematic execution, crypto/DeFi, or market structure
- Strong quantitative reasoning about pricing, hedging, liquidity, and risk
- Proven ability to evaluate whether a workflow is market-executable versus only theoretically correct
- Experience reviewing analysts, approving work, designing controls, or setting quality standards is especially valuable
- Comfort writing concise, structured feedback that explains whether a workflow is realistic and why
