Initial Requirements to Apply:

1️⃣ B2 English level or higher

(interview process and daily work are 100% in English).

2️⃣ Must reside in Colombia with legal authorization to work in the country.

3️⃣ At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar Agile leadership role.

4️⃣ Hands-on experience managing Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid Agile frameworks

, including backlog management, release planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Required Skills / Experience:

- Strong experience (5+ years) leading Agile delivery initiatives for software, data, analytics, or technology teams.
- Hands-on experience with (5+ years) Scrum, Kanban, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Release Management.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, work tracking, reporting, and delivery governance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery commitments.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience working in regulated environments, controlled SDLC processes, validation, testing, or change-management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage delivery plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules across analytics workstreams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews,



and retrospectives.
- Coordinate priorities, risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Manage and maintain a transparent backlog in Azure DevOps.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical leads, and development teams to align priorities and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate delivery across distributed teams in multiple countries and time zones.
- Support release planning, testing, validation, approvals, and production deployments within a controlled SDLC environment.
- Monitor delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement in team performance and predictability.

⭐ Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, or Data Analytics platforms.
- Experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or Life Sciences industries.
- Knowledge of GxP, CSV, CSA, validation practices, and release governance.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev/Test/Prod release processes.
- Professional certifications such as PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, or SAFe.
