Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to lead delivery execution for a global clinical data analytics organization developing governed analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric .

This role goes beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies. You will own delivery planning, prioritization, risk management, dependency coordination, release planning, and stakeholder communication across multiple analytics workstreams.

The ideal candidate combines the servant leadership mindset of a Scrum Master with the accountability and execution discipline of a Delivery Manager, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery in a regulated environment.

What You'll DoDelivery Leadership

- Own integrated delivery plans, milestones, release schedules, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Track progress, risks, blockers, and delivery confidence.
- Drive teams toward successful execution and completion of committed work.
- Ensure realistic commitments aligned with capacity, complexity, and business priorities.
- Manage project risks, escalations, and recovery plans.

Agile & Delivery Management
- Apply and adapt Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release readiness activities.
- Monitor key delivery metrics such as throughput, cycle time, predictability, and work-in-progress.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on effective Agile practices.

Backlog & Prioritization
- Coordinate intake and prioritization of enhancements, defects, support activities,



and new analytics initiatives.
- Maintain a transparent and prioritized backlog in Azure DevOps.
- Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies are clearly defined.
- Drive trade-off discussions when demand exceeds team capacity.

Global Team Coordination
- Work closely with distributed teams across India, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico.
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders located primarily in the United States and Switzerland.
- Promote effective communication, documentation, decision-making, and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Governance & Release Coordination
- Support validation-aware delivery processes, including testing, documentation, traceability, approvals, and controlled releases.
- Coordinate release readiness activities and post-release monitoring.
- Partner with Quality, Compliance, Security, and IT stakeholders when required.

Required Qualifications ✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

✅ 5+ years of experience leading Agile delivery for software, data, analytics, or digital product teams

✅ Strong experience with:

- Scrum
- Kanban
- Hybrid Agile delivery models
- Azure DevOps

✅ Proven success managing:
- Project timelines
- Dependencies
- Risks
- Backlogs
- Release planning
- Multiple concurrent workstreams





✅ Experience working with globally distributed remote teams ✅ Experience operating in regulated environments, GxP systems, controlled SDLC, or similar governance frameworks

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills

✅ Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or Life Sciences organizations

⭐ Experience with:

- Microsoft Fabric
- Power BI
- Azure
- Lakehouse architectures
- Data Engineering environments

⭐ Familiarity with:
- Git-based development
- CI/CD pipelines
- Release management processes
- UAT and validation activities

⭐ Agile certifications such as:
- PSM
- CSM
- PMI-ACP
- PMP
- SAFe
